Student Athlete Eligibilty

All student-athletes and a parent or guardian must create an account on ArbiterAthlete prior to participating in sports at Pagosa Springs High School. There are 2 ways to do this:

Visit www.arbiterathlete.com (best method)
OR
Text S41032 to 69274 (will work, but you may still need to log on to the site to complete forms)

All participation forms that require a parent and/or athlete signature are housed on this site and will now require digital signatures rather than hard copies of the forms. The student-athlete's account and the parent/guardians account will need to be linked (arbiterathlete.com will walk you through this) so that each person can digitally sign the forms.

As this is a new system, and all new systems have a learning curve, please begin this process early! The PSHS front office will be open from 8 AM - 3 PM August 1st - 3rd if you need assistance and/or need to pick up your blue card. Only those athletes who have completed all of the forms online will be eligible to receive a blue permit-to-play card, and therefore, be eligible to practice on August 6th.

Finally, as this is a new system for every high school in the state of Colorado, it is taking a little longer to upload each school's customized forms and handbooks than previously thought. When a new form that needs to be signed is created and uploaded to the site, you will receive a notification that you need to go on to the site and digitally sign the form. Currently there are 4 forms that must be signed to be eligible on August 6th, as well as an uploaded Physical Evaluation Form that requires a physician's signature. Those are the only 5 forms that will be required for eligibility on August 6th, but as the new forms become available, you will need to log back on to the site and digitally sign the new forms.
