PREREQUISITE: NONE

This course is designed to introduce students to basic 3-dimensional design. Students will engage in multiple handbuilding techniques using stoneware. Students will gain an understanding and demonstrate use of design techniques. Students will gain a historical understanding of sculpture and pottery from different cultures through research and practice.
