The American Government class will focus on students learning about the Constitution of the United States and its place in their present and future lives. Incorporated into this is both a community service experience and study of public policy formation as it is implemented in all levels of government. Through participation, observation, and discussion, students will focus on how citizenship, responsibility, and knowledge of the democratic process make their society a better place to live.
