Sean O’Donnell has served as principal of Pagosa Springs High School since 2013. His roots and experience at the high school run deep; he began as a math teacher there over 24 years ago and also coached football, basketball and track. He was named Assistant Principal in 2005.

A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, O’Donnell earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Mathematics. It was there that he met his wife Connie. He later went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Adams State College in 2006.

O’Donnell has spent his whole life in the mountains of Colorado and grew up in Granby.  He loves the outdoors and is passionate about sharing with his family the same activities that he enjoyed growing up--camping, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, and playing golf.
