June grew up in Ringwood, New Jersey.  She attended Taylor Business Institute in  Jersey City, NJ.  From there June worked in the Travel and Tourism Industry as a Tour Escort, and a Snowboard Instructor.  She moved to Colorado where she could nourish her love for the outdoors and while here she built a house in Durango from the foundation up, and worked several jobs in the tourism industry to help pay for her ski addiction.   She then moved to Golden, CO with her husband and 2 daughters and began working as an Educational Paraprofessional.  Missing Southwest Colorado, she returned with her family to Pagosa Springs.  June continued her career in education at Pagosa Springs Elementary School and currently works at Pagosa Springs High School in the Special Talents Department.
