How did she get here?

Ms. Krieg loves to fly fish (catch & release!), snowboard, wakeboard, slalom ski, backpack, and gave up running 5k's a couple years ago. She taught math at Cedaredge Middle School, Grand Valley High School and Colorado Mesa University from 2003-2010.

Ms. Krieg worked in the oil & gas industry for the past 12 years working with programmers designing and developing databases.  Most recently, Ms. Krieg was responsible for designing and developing mobile apps and training field personnel and managers how to build their own apps. When Oxy offered an early retirement package, Ms. Krieg took advantage of the opportunity to live in Pagosa Springs full-time.

When the opportunity to work with students at PSHS presented itself, it was too good to pass up. Ms. Krieg has always enjoyed working with students, empowering them to take ownership for their learning, successes, and future.

Ms. Krieg holds a license to teach Secondary Mathematics, has a BS in Mathematics and a MS in Integrating Technology in the Classroom.
